Is This the Sound of Higher School Taxes and School Overcrowding?

There are hundreds of ranches and cottages in Rye being replaced by homes that target heavy users of the Rye City School District. How will this trend affect school taxes and turnover? Nobody really knows. More research and a revised Master Plan are required to know if the path Rye is traveling down is economically sustainable.
